กรณีสินค้าที่ลูกค้าซื้อไม่เกิน 7 วันและมีปัญหาด้าน Hardwareทางร้านยินดีเปลี่ยนเครื่องให้ใหม่ภายใต้เงื่อนไขดังนี้

– หากลูกค้าสงสัยว่ามีปัญหาด้าน Hardware กรุณาติดต่อโดยตรงที่ร้าน  หากโทรเข้า Dell Call Center จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเครื่องใหม่ได้โดยไม่มีข้อยกเว้น
– ลูกค้าต้องมีกล่องและคู่มือต่างๆ ที่มาพร้อมกับ Notebook , Desktop หรือ Monitor ที่ทำการซื้อไป
– ห้ามลอก Sticker ต่างๆ ที่ติดมากับสินค้า ถ้าลอกจะเปลี่ยนเครื่องไม่ได้
– ห้ามลงทะเบียน On line ในระยะ 7วันแรก (ลงได้หลัง 7วัน)
– รุ่นที่มาพร้อม Office ถ้าลูกค้าลงทะเบียน Office แล้วจะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเครื่องได้ทุกกรณี (ลงทะเบียนได้หลัง 7วัน)
– การเปลี่ยนสินค้าทุกครั้ง ลูกค้าต้องมาด้วยตัวเองพร้อมกล่องและใบเสร็จ
– หากลูกค้าอยู่ต่างจังหวัดหรือไม่สามารถมาเปลี่ยนได้ใน 7 วัน ลุกค้าสามารถติดต่อ แจ้งชื่อ , รุ่น และหมายเลขเครื่องกับทางร้าน

Return Policy

Returns and changes are ONLY accepted for the hardware problem only, and within 7 days of the purchased date.
Within the first seven days after your purchase, customers will receive 7 days store warranty.

• If customers presume to have the hardware problem, please contact our shop directly.
• In case of customers contact to Dell Call Center directly, this return and change policy is not eligible without exception.
• Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition, along with any box, documentation and any other items that were included in your original shipment.
• Do not remove any brands’ stickers on Notebook or PC.
• Do not register product on Dell Thailand Website for the first 7 days after receiving the product from the store.
• Do not register Microsoft office license for the first 7 days on a PC/Notebook model with pre-installed Microsoft office.
• The customers in upcountry and cannot return the product within 7 days, please inform your name and product number to our shop,
